One of the highlights from exchange was camping in the inland forests of Norway. We took a coach bus 3.3 hours north of Oslo to the Sjoa River in Heidal, one of the best rafting rivers in Europe. It was unbelievably fun and chill with outdoor hot tubs, cool fresh air and moose-spotting in the hills (it was a really special moment for me guys). The river’s condition is ever changing and we went on a day with a gentle current and a swift flow. There was a photographer paddling around the river taking shots of us screaming when the rafts went down a dip and rafting teams doing paddle high-fives. Golden hour was glorious and I could not get over the gorgeously lush green scenery that surrounded us.
